Hello Week #3 of Crochet Vintage
I do hope you had some fun with Week #2 the SUMMER Crazy Vee stitch pattern. I have used the Crazy Vee stitch to make a small shoulder bag, and I only need to finish the strap and it will be all done. You can check my Facebook Page for the updates here.
This week #3, I have a very easy stitch pattern for you from my vintage 1970's stitch patterns collection. Hope you have just as much fun with this week's stitch SUMMER Arches as you had with last week's Crazy Vee.
This SUMMER ARCHES stitch pattern is really simple, once you start you won't be able to put it down, it is ever so easy, and BEST of all you can change colour in any row.
I suggest you first crochet the swatch in one colour to get a handle on the stitch pattern and then go crazy changing colours and have some fun!

Give this stitch pattern a try, and let me know what you think about the SUMMER Arches, and how and where you would use it.
For the instruction photos I used Hayfield Baby Chunky by Sirdar so you can see the stitches a bit better. However, my preference for this stitch pattern is Wendy Supreme Luxury Cotton DK, (I have included some photos of the cotton samples). Naturally, for this stitch pattern, you can use any thickness yarn or thread you have to hand.
Are you ready to join me? Let's play and have some Crochet Vintage fun!
