GIFT OF GIVING - SMALL IS GOOD

free crochet patterns, how to crochet, gift bags, drawstring,
You know that saying
"good things come in small packages"

which is the opposite of "the bigger, the better"

literally means:
the size of things, doesn't always indicate the quality.

With this thought in mind I've come up with these
precious little gift bags
for those precious little gifts

 like jewellery
airline tickets,
diamonds
gold nuggets.

Well a girl has to have dreams.  Right?

These little crochet gift bags take no time at all,
you could have a bag load by the end of the week.

These crochet patterns are quick and the patterns are easy,
you can adjust to whatever size you desire.

AND you can customize and adapt the pattern
to different yarn weights and hook sizes.

Try it and see.... make them wider, longer, bigger if you wish.

I have laid out the basics... it's up to you to play and have fun!

It's CROCHET MAGIC... MAGIC 7

crochet patterns, how to crochet, coasters, home decore

MAGIC COASTER CROCHET

Here is my super special MAGIC coaster, you may ask why is it magic?  Well, because it is based on multiples of seven (7). Yes that's right a crochet coaster with not six (6) and not eight (8) but seven (7) multiples.

I tried real hard to fit it into 6 or 8 multiples, but it kept insisting on being a SEVENSo, I gave in and stayed with it,  forced myself to add some colours and was amazed at the outcome. Hope you like it too?

This is a great little coaster which would suit any celebration, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, EASTER and SPECIAL OCCASIONS.

You can change the mood by changing the colours, and end up with an amazing variety of coasters created from one crochet pattern.

MAGIC Coasters could just be the perfect gift for giving, maybe this Christmas?

QUICK and EASY crochet coasters for your celebrations - make your coasters with one, two, or three colours to bring out a variety of patterns within the one coaster.

POINT OF INTEREST:

Did you know in the human brain, seven is a magic number?

Countless psychological experiments have shown that, on average, the longest sequence a normal person can recall on the fly contains about seven items. This limit, which psychologists dubbed the "magical number seven" when they discovered it in the 1950s, is the typical capacity of what's called the brain's working memory.

CROCHET INSPIRATION from the HIGHLANDS of Scotland

HIGHLANDS SECRET

A wonderful two weeks of exploration and relaxation were had in Ardnamurchan land, the West Highlands.

and now we our back, and it's time for some serious crochet after a day OR two of rest.
I can truly say I have been inspired by the colours of the highlands.

However for now I am committed to a submission project, so there is definitely no time to spare for pattern writing for my website.  So in the meantime you will have to wait patiently for any new patterns from me.

YOU can always view my patterns here  and  here for those great winter accessories always perfect for Christmas gift giving.
