Use larger hook size and heavier weight yarn or cotton, ADD extra rounds increasing total number of stitches, and you will have the perfect fit SANTA ELF PIXIE HAT which will fit anyone from Newborn to ADULT Sizes.

Basically this newborn hat is a “photo prop”, the hat has a long tail and “baby safe” pom pom. Easy to adjust for smaller/larger head circumference.
